Usually I write and speak about things that I, myself, have been called out on or need to work on. Nothing like openly sharing my shortcomings-LOL!

And…usually I think that, if I can use some help, others can too.

The other day, I was lamenting about how I wished I had partnered with Rodan and Fields two years ago when my friend first asked. But then I had to remind myself that two years ago wasn’t my time.

The same day, I was having a conversation with a friend who was telling me how she wished she and her husband had made some different decisions and what they should’ve done instead.

Just like a V-8 moment, (lol) it struck me

we spend a ton of time and energy on things that we cannot go back and change!

So, yesterday morning on my FB Live I was on my soapbox a bit about how we often wish we had done something or we wish we’d have done something differently, sooner or better…etc.

Here’s the deal…where does that really get you?

Nowhere! Period.

The End.

It doesn’t change things. It doesn’t make anything better, or worse or different.

It only causes chatter in your head, allows you to beat yourself up and wastes precious time and energy.

Stop. It.

If you didn’t do something “then”, it wasn’t the right time.

If you think you would have done it differently…use it as a lesson and move on.

Life is short.

You are awesome.

Don’t be wishing it away!

Cheers to being your amazing self!
